Over the past 24 hours we discovered a couple of users who had engaged in the sharing of the most extreme banned content in DMs.
Upon further investigation, we discovered these users had further communicated with around 10 other users who engaged in sharing countless AI images in DMs, many of which break our teen rule, and some even worse, clearly featuring photo-realistic extreme content. These were not borderline images, and the users knowingly broke our rules. The origin of all of this, was the Artwork subforum.
This is completely unacceptable. F95zone isn't a haven for this kind of content, be it in DMs or in the public forums. We do not have the manpower to fully moderate this subforum, and have tried to rely on the community to self regulate and report any rule breaks. Nor do we have the ability to monitor every image shared in DMs. Yet, it's now clear that the current situation is untenable.
In light of this, all realistic AI, regardless of age, is now banned in the Artwork sub forum. Currently, Games featuring realistic AI will still be allowed, as we can afford much more oversight there.
In addition, all accounts which participated in distribution of rule breaking content have been banned, some have been completely purged. If you frequent the artwork subforum, your reaction score may have dropped because of this.
If you would like to continue to see realistic AI generated artwork, please visit websites and forums dedicated to this niche, or visit the Games subforum. Please do not share such content on the public forums or in DMs. Further steps will be taken if sharing of such content continues in DMs.
This decision is final and won't be reversed.
