I usually take a lot of vitamin C to strengthen my immunitary system and prevent disease when winter is coming . You can eat it in a lot of fruits like oranges for example or just buy a bottle of vitamin c in a pharmacy .

Heat doesn't bother me unless it's like high 90s, other than to sleep. I feel cold below about 75 and the colder it is outside the worse my joints hurt. Snow sucks. I'd love to live somewhere that didn't get cold, but not anywhere in the South of the US.

Good morning all - and once again Taco Tuesday rolls around raising the age old question once again - Hard or soft taco? Personally?
