Do you only play games that have a male MC?

Overall i used to play anything. But lately the trend has been fmc, and well i'm burned out on that. If the fmc was good looking i was all into playing to watch her get corrupted. But there's too much of a time sink just for that one character getting lewd, or maybe 1-2 others. Usually as a mmc, you get to see lot more variety of ladies. So higher body count is good for the time invested.

Ah, that's another tag, "trans/futa", that I try to avoid. I don't want to see a chick with a dick, and there's been games I've played previously that surprise you with that and it ruins the game for me.
Blasphemy!

I loved playing Third Crisis. I just enjoy making women do slutty things so being in absolute control of a hot woman as she slips into corruption is usually a good time for me.

I am not picky about the protagonists genders or genitalia .. as long as there are women involved in the relationships (I do not go for guy on guy sex at all. just not my thing).

It is very rare unfortunately, but I like well written stories that let me experience a different perspective from my own. So lesbians, trans, bisexual women, whatever, are interesting. I might not fap to them .. but a lot of the VNs I play these days I am more interested in the story and emotions than in the lewds.

There are still some I just play for fapping .. but not that many these days.

While I predominantly play games with a male MC, I always consider it a plus where the game allows you to play as either male or female. Degrees of Lewdity springs to mind.

Female mc with corruption games are probably some of the best that I have played, like Project Myriam.

Personally if I see a game that says it has a female MC or even 'multiple protagonists', I leave it alone and don't touch it, sticking to 'male protagonist' centred games.

Is this true of the majority, or am I in the minority?

If you're a male, do you just want to play as a female MC in order to see her get fucked or corrupted?

Or maybe you're a female yourself and want the character to reflect your gender?
I usually don't mind if the MC is female, I tend to like games that let you choose male or female the most. Multiple protagonist games can annoy me sometimes though.

It’s really hard to make a compelling story when switching perspectives in a visual novel when we are mostly used to being in the role of the protagonist.

There is only one example that has made it onto my list of favorites ..

Our Red String has the player switching between a male and a female protagonists.
I recently tried the game after a recommendation. Would have normally ignored it because of the hand drawn 2D art .. I am usually very meh on that.
It ended up as one of my favorites because of the emotional story telling with player choices having major impact on the game.

I tend to have the MC fuck everybody. As a typical male it is just hotter to me when a woman does that. I have absolutely nothing against male x male content. It's just not my thing.

Thanks for the recommendation, I like games with a lot of player choices so I'll take a peak at it.

I only care if the art and the history is good enough or interested at least

If there is a good storyline and well-developed characters, I enjoy playing both male and female characters. The only exception is that I never play games with tags such as trap, sissification, etc.

I would say I lean towards Male MC games but it's not a hard limit.
I've played great games with female or futa MCs too. Just depends on the content of the game really.

Yes, mostly male MC. But simply because there are too few games with female protagonists. But I wouldn't mind playing as a female protagonist
