P1 gets rid of the cool down for the reactions. It also gets you access to M+. There's also some customizing options.

As to if you want it, it's not necessary but it's nice to have. If you want to save up and go for P4 instead, that depends on how patient you are.

Not at all. It actually benefits others as you can help others earn more coins by reacting to their posts. Think of it more of a reciprocal thing, if you scratch their back they might be more inclined to scratch yours.

It also gets rid of a baked in limitation that limits how quickly you can earn as well from your posts.

Plus the customizations can be pretty sweet.
