Not much new in that, really. If legality were the line basically no game would be in danger, because very few of even the most hardcore porn games cross over into actually being illegal in most countries.

It's basically "If I don't like it, it's illegal."

The kind of garbage you'll only hear from people with serious mental health issues who haven't matured enough to accept that other people may have different tastes, opinions, and perspectives, and that you're not obligated to consume their tastes even if they exist. You can just say "I don't like it, it's not for me," ignore it, and move on with your life like a mature person.

And all of this stems from the stupidest, most ridiculous thing we all learn from a young age... They can't separate reality from fiction.

These games hurt no one, it let's people live out their fantasies, why take something away that helps people relieve stress?

interesting, I guess this makes sense since if legality wasnt the determining factor, then they have broader scope as to what is defined as bannable when they push payment processors to do their bidding

Exactly this. The struggles of indie game devs are nothing new, and it's not like most games are pushing the boundaries of legality anyway. Even the most provocative content usually stays within the law. It's more about the increasing pressure to conform to certain standards and the rising costs of living that are really hurting the community.
