Canada does, the US doesn't. It was established in the late 19th Century - long after the US was a British colony.

I noticed that some of the banners are Pokémon themed, we big Pokémon fans on this site?

Gotta catch 'em all. Actually I don't see the banners anymore for some reason. I used to play Pokemon Go, now I just play Pokemon Pocket TCG and I play catch them all with downloading all the AVN's but not playing any of them.
