Dickgirl Dorm was mostly a free use, everyone is on everyone if i remember right.
Owlyboi makes mostly Futa on Male games, some are degrading or ntr and all of them are short. My Stepmom is a Futanari 3 was a pure love one I think as one to check out if its worth going over his others.
The Loving Son by 17moonkeys and Star Mars by Magic Dude would be worth looking into

As per the title, looking to find a game I played many, many years ago and hoping someone knows of it from my crap memory.

I seem to remember it was a flash game where you rented a room from a single mother who had 2-3 kids at various ages. You had to build up your relationship with each and had 4 possible endings. I remember going with the youngest and you ended up dating / getting married at the end.
