I once played a game set on a space station. There was some trouble, so you had to use magic/science rocks to modify 5 or so women to have gigantic breasts, so they could provide milk for the station's nutritional needs. It was dumb, and I much preferred the models prior to their inflation, but as a one-off thing, it wasn't really too bad. I prefer normal to small breasts, and normal to thin women.

The sample on this site is probably biased toward smaller. I'd also be interested in what people consider the maximum "realistic" cup size, maybe with example screenshots since let's be honest, a lot of guys probably can't look at breasts and accurately gauge cup size.

Imo the maximum realistic cup size is a G cup. Everything above looks superficial.
