I've always been drawn to games that explore complex relationships and intimacy beyond the main character's direct involvement, and I find myself appreciating scenes where characters develop their own connections, regardless of the genders involved - it adds a layer of depth to the story and its world.

To me the whole point of visual novels is to escape the real world and be someone else for a bit. I like to explore new fantasies/kinks from the MC perspective. That is why I am pretty picky about what games I play and usually not into anything that doesn't involve the MC.

I agree with the guy above. I pay for the internet to stay in touch and to have the ability to escape from the real world. And if we are talking about the presence of MC in sex scenes, then I want to be in the center of events and have the ability to influence the process, because it is a game after all.

I go with what the story wants, unless it's NTR I don't skip scenes, I do skip BL scenes too tho, well unless I like the character design (actually a f*ckin femboy), then I'd watch it

I'll admit I didn't take a proper look at your flair, I honestly just thought that you were just another male AVN fan with an extreme fear aversion to the thought that a character had had sex or even physical contact with another male character. Like the type of male fan that freaks out over the thought of the mom character having sex with the dad or a character who isn't even romance-able talking about an ex boyfriend or just straight up being threatened by the presence of another male character in their sex fantasy game.

Yes, to an extent! I love the scenario where a boy(shota) is spying on his parents or on his mother having sex with someone. I also like MC's voyeurim and I accept dreams, but skipping to scene where the MC is not involved seems like a waste of time and of focus. If that happens more than once I usualy drop the game.

Reading some threads I see some people are very attached to the MC and having everything available to themself, but a different question is how they feel about seeing scenes with characters the MC can't have.

Please write what you feel about these examples
1) Characters doing things in the background together and you can watch as a voyeur or skip it. The characters are ones you can't ever have a relationship with or have sex with in the game.
1-1) What if they are all traditionally female?
1-2) What if one is a traditional male and the others are traditional females?
1-3) What is one is a dick-having transfemale and the other are traditional females?
1-4) What if they are all transfemales and some have dicks?
1-5) What if they are all transfemale and none have dicks?
1-6) That if some are transmale and don't have dicks, and others are traditional males or transfemale and have dicks?
1-7) What if there are traditional men doing sexual things with each other?

2) Characters doing things together and you haven't seen the characters before but later on you can have sex or a relationship with them? Same 7 secondary questions.

3) Characters doing things with other characters that you have in your group or house but have no relationship or sex with?

4) Characters doing things with other characters that you have had sex with but not a relationship?

5) Characters doing things with other characters that you have a relationship with?


I will watch anything except traditional males with traditional males and transwomen with dicks with transwomen with dicks because it doesn't appeal to me, so as long as I can skip that content I don't mind it being in a game.

I like having characters in my house that have relationships with other characters, except that I prefer the MC to be the only traditional-like male character. The games I play either have an option to restrict sex between house or party characters by body parts (blocking traditional male+female sex except the MC), or I add it to the game if it isn't very hard to do. I only block traditional males from having sex. Everyone else does what they want to.

Sometimes if a character is important because of narrative or headcanon I will make them only be able to have sex with the MC.

1) I love Voyeur stuff and if it is made with some quality it enhances the whole game.
1-1) to 1-7): i have a prefference for anything on female action. but i dont care if there are men doing stuff with each other. But most of the time it would be more immersive if not only femals have a go at each other. So if the world is lewd, then it absolutly would make sence.

My thought exactly. Keep the NTR, sharing, swinging, cheating, etc. nonsense away. Its Harem time: no current of former dicks need apply.

overall i fine with all of them but i do have a slight aversion to girl on girl just because it feels kinda morally wrong (not in a homophobic way) but other peoples responses were interesting because i think every scene in a vn "should" add to the experience, but i get that i'm kinda unique with that i don't self-insert. tbh just thought i'd add the best voyeur scene is incest between the mc's friend and the friends relative like in sisterly lust

I don't like it when it doesn't involve the MC. I will play a game with FF involvement, but not crazy about it. I tend to skip through. I play to put myself in the fantasy world (which is also why I dont play Female Protags) and not interested in watching others unless it leads to the MC involvement. Certainly not into NTR.
