Im fine. Usual home stuff, and today shopping in the rain, but our shop center is covered so, not got wet, and I been harvest some turmeric and keep plant up old sprouting potato's, so we can have plenty of home food, which is a good bonus. My plan is to grow more home grow food, but the hot humid summer is a problem, but I have some plans and finally have some decent tools to keep the grass and edges from reach such tall wild levels. Our grass here in the summer is pretty hard and wild, so, need to plan best way to manage everything outside in sticky heat.

Home grown food is always delicious, hope the little project goes well.

Yeah, I changed her when I was last online. I made my pfp from vam, so, I thought I can keep the same pfp here like I do in other sites. Plus I like her. i feel she turned out pretty good. The old pfp was krul tepes, so, thought I can just put my own for some fun

Yes, I am actually enjoy growing, or I should say beginning to grow my own food. Its fun, and things like potatoes can be grown around most of the year, which is cool. Plus I am still experiment because I need find ways to stop bugs and grasshopper eating without use chemical sprays, which is interesting.

Ooooo air fryer. Well, I have one, but I don't think you can cook rice in air fryer. I use a rice cooker, which is completely different, but air fryer you can roast chickens and cook many things apparently. I love air fryer. I should use it more often. It makes perfect chips. Although I am not so sure about how good it would cook meat. I will look at instruction. However, because rice needs water, and water turns to steam, I will imagine trying to make rice in air fryer would trash the fryer machine so I don't recommend to even try. Also, some air fryer have rotisserie cage so, I think they will make cook different things more than my one, which is basically a tray to put into.

Honestly, I love air fryer. They are worth every cent. For me, live in Asia background, rice cooker is also a must.

Well, I hope you enjoy your fried jacket. Just don't forget the seasoning and some spice. I hear they can often taste like leather.

Air fryers are just a convection oven with a guarentee of "high" cfm. Rice cookers are more like a range/stovetop/boiler but with extra sensors for automatic temperature control. The thing closest to a rice cooker but with extra utility is probably a pressure cooker, like Insta Pots. They can cook at increased speeds kinda like air fryers as pressurized water has a higher boiling point. Though not all pressure cookers got extra sensors or automatic temperature control. Most of the time when Im cooking Im either using convection oven or pressure cooker.

But air fryers and convection ovens should be pretty safe with boiling water, and thus cooking rice. Just not very ideal is all.
