They are sorta the same - but different -- I have tried all three types and -- well - I will pass - too greasy, Pork scratchings, pork rinds, and cracklings are all made from pork skin but differ in texture and preparation. Pork scratchings are typically cooked once, resulting in a dense, hard, and crunchy snack. Pork rinds and cracklings are cooked twice, making them lighter and airier, with cracklings being the lightest and puffiest of the three.

Dunno which is my favourite tbh. Maybe none of them and just go for a nice pork chop tbh. Don't get to eat them often cuz the house mate doesn't like pork. Well except crispy bacon.
