Weight loss journey is still going on, and we're gonna get our hair freshened up because summer heat is gonna be a bitch and 3 halves at work.

Usually I start with a near-starvation diet for about a month or two so I shed some weight fast, and then I stick to a more moderate diet and a little exercise. Then I can enjoy putting 10kg less on my back and knees sooner before I start packing on weight again over winter.
And yea... summer heat does not agree with me.

As good as can be under the circumstances.
Stressed, yes, but I'm enjoying the work itself.

Key to not putting on the weight back is to go mild on the "diet" instead of starving to death for 40 days.
We personally eat mostly high-protein foods, a healthy amount of fats and then the remaining daily calorie intake with carbs.
Also advise to take a break for a few weeks every 3-4 months, get enough to maintain the current weight, it helps a lot psychologically, haven't had cravings or anything for the whole year since we started the journey.
