That looks and sounds diabolically goodI'm doing home made burgers for a few nights: bacon cheeseburgers on Texas Toast. Cooking a bacon lattice on my cast iron griddle, thinly sliced red onion in the bacon renderings after the lattice is done, 1/3rd lb beef patty, seasoned to personal taste, placed on top of the onion, turn after 3 or so minutes, melt cheddar on top as other side cooks for another couple of minutes (to mid-rare for me), onto the lattice that's already sitting on the dressed, toasted bread, fresh tomato sliced on top. Takes about 20 minutes when doing the bacon; less than 10 without the bacon.
