Yeah, I'm looking into this. I think this might be related to the Latest Update and it's causing a mess to the permissions on the site.

From what ive seen, Most of those that have the Reaction Problem were all members (of course), and some mem+, all the ones that actually said that they do not have this Problem were prestige 1 and/or up

so it seems to be a Problem related to the Member User Group, which after Setting the LU Page , has been cause for Another Problem we have Found (only affects a few, and will most likely be fixed in a few)

we will be Testing a few Things, and Restore the Reaction Perms as soon as Possible

Won't be long before every user is reset to User#<random number> and you have to pay for a nickname, pay to have an avatar, pay to be able to type, pay to preview images and pay to download games.
