those games are rarely done by professional developers, mostly by fan who also know how to write a code but do their degenerate stuff at the free time - I am not happy whet it happened but I understand that they usually don't have time an resource of big dev studios also they are lazy and have skill issues [just kidding, most of them are cool]

many are solo developer unfortunately but at least some provide updates more regularly than many studios
