So question, I currently have 7K coins, should I buy presage rank 1 now or build up more points so I can rack up more interest then once it's higher and I'm getting a couple hundred a day then buy? I've heard there's a timer delay for post points but I've yet to see it I always seem to get the 7 points per post.

Prestige 1 means you can give reactions without delay. Which means more points for me... eer I mean for everyone. So go prestige 1. The cost for that rank isn't significant enough to make a big difference, only ~4 days of activity here more or less.
