I am at the second season

Hello again everyone, and good night to all those gone already.

I just finished rewatching Stargate SG-1. Now I gotta find something new that isn't Disney- coded to watch. Preferably something Scifi or Fantasy.
But, I feel like they just don't make shows like they used to.

I am at the second season

Enjoy! I personally hated the second season (a feeling shared with most of my household to varying degrees).

The second season felt like too much focus on music video collabs, too little focus on long-term character development, and a complete betrayal of established character arcs/personalities.

As if they deliberately wanted to flip the script, literally and figuratively. Which.. for a show that was great because it was both a visual masterpiece but also (and I argue primarily) because it was a masterclass in character development and storytelling.. it ended up not only falling flat as a season, but outright betraying what came before.
