How do things reset in Arknight? Weekly/monthly?

Exusiai, Mountain, Silence and Myrtle are all very much worth investing into.
Mountain is a awesome solo laner with skill 2.
Exusiai, is with skill 3, yes does require another promoting, but she's so worth it, with her burst windows.
Silence is a in my opinion really good single healer. And excellent if you use her skill two for the drone healer.
And Myrtle is just one of the best vanguards.
All my opinion though.
But you do seem to be lacking some Arts damage.

Personally (taking into account the ones you have):
Kross is great, even if she only has 3 stars.
Once you promote Exusiai, you probably won't need Jessica or May at all, as Kross and Exu can do a lot of the sniper damage needed on a lot of stages
Mountain skill 2 makes him a great solo lane holder (even better when you promote him)
Spot is great too, being able to hold and heal.
Cantabile is good to generate DP + doing some damage early so I guess that's fine, but once you need more (probably once you have more operators or promote those you already have), I would recommend always using either Elysium or Myrtle with her.
For Medics, I guess Lumen and either Silence or Ansel are good enough?
For Arts damage and Aoe damage, yeah, you are... how should I say this...

Try to use a support unit like Eyjafjalla skill 2 or something.

Click is a fine 4* Caster.
Gravel is good for emergency blocking, her class makes her have a low retreat timer.

The main problem with Indigo is her archetype: "Low damage that increases when there aren't targets in range" which would sound good, but after that she goes back to her base damage, and each time she does the "increase damage" animation, means she isn't attacking and the enemies may get closer.
Maybe Click would be a bit of help, her drone with her skill 2 will follow an enemy even if it goes out of her range, and it has a chance to stun (which, when lucky enough, will stun an enemy until they are defeated by her or others). Apart from her, probably just keep using Amiya.
Maybe Gummy? You already have Spot, but her healing skill doesn't need to be activated manually, and her healing is pretty nice.
Also Gravel for blocking just in case there's an enemy that managed to pass your blockers (She is like Projekt Red, but focused on defense)
And I haven't used her yet, but I would say Warmy skill 2 can attack multiple targets and do burn damage.

Omg it has been such a shit week. End of the month. Did around 3/4 of a million dollars just on Wednesday alone. As for the car finally got it back yesterday after a few set backs. I was on the verge of tears driving into work today expecting something to happen with the car. Because each day something new happened while they were trying to fix it. But at least now it's Friday and just need to get though the day and hoping for a completely relaxing and stress free weekend.
