Yupp, pretty much.
But remember when you withdraw coins, the timer will reset to 24 hours too.
So it's best to withdraw after you've deposited coins for the day.

It is a bit easy to expect things to be completed at once, to expect things to happen without any effort. Yes, the banking system works well. If you have 1.000.000 LC then 2% per day is an excellent value.

But it will take a long time to get somewhere with 1000 LC coins. This is a system that aims to give you some time to socialize and then gain likes.
