My answer: Pee.

Okay, more accurately, boot up the PC, pee while it's turning on, fix myself a drink, then check how many backreading pages there are to sift through on here.

I usually sit up and stare at the phone for a bit and pet the cat, piss like a racehorse, and then grab some dirty bean water to wake up.

Everyone keeps saying get up , piss and so on. First of all - at my age I already got up to piss two or three times in the night. Secondly - I live in the country -- my morning piss happens a bit later when I am out walking the dogs . When you live in the country the world is your urinal.
