Obviously. If you are not mature enough - you can't play adult games. And Lessons in Love? Unless you are ready to be disgusted with characters and their choices, cry for characters and their fate and understand that this is just a game, this is not for you.
Sadly the 1st chapter was severely reworked and vibe is more...family friendly? Like, before you were under constant guessing "I think there is something wrong...But maybe it's just an illusion and everything is fine? Just MC being mentally ill or something" but now it's pretty much shows you outright that some fuckery is indeed going with the world, beside MC being mentally ill, and there is no guessing or shock, just "Yeah, I knew it". No suspense. At least there are tons of lore in there now that make sense muuuuch later.
