Not sure why you arent getting it on your scan. I'm getting it on my Opera download. When I click for more info it takes me to the window defender page. Curious why you call that a false positive. Regardless, windows won't let me finish the download or open it. Maybe I'm just a neophite though.

Its a Windows Defender typical false positive. Disable the Cloud Based Protection in the Defender settings and you wont have problems anymore with this stupid stuff.
I use WD too and dont have problems downloading or extracting.

This game is pretty cute. You can rack up the points rather quickly to make the simulation more lewd quicker. It's unfortunate she'll only orgasm from tonguing and fingering, not fucking, and that her tight rear doesn't get used in any scenes. Still a well put together, albeit short, game.

Tags could be added for oral sex, cream pie, small tits, and stripping.
