There's the optional trans character if that counts as gay to you. But the tag is there for a small scene with Eric, Ada's boy friend that wants to be her boyfriend. When he tries to blackmail her into having sex, the MC and his sister go confront him while pretending to be gangsters that the MC hired. They scare him into silence, and in one of the options you're given you can make him suck the MC's cock. I think that option (and the one where you can go after his younger sister) were added in v1.1, which could be why you never saw it.
