Can anyone recommend a good non cringe anime? I have been trying to get into anime for some time, but I guess a big part of it are weird oversxualized scenes (I know, weird coming from someone on a forum such as this), very awkward dialogue or shouting your every move while in a fight... The other day I was trying to watch Gate, as the prospect of modern vs medieval/fantasy military was alluring to me, but I turned it off after about 5 minutes, becuase it was just so insanely cringey with the main character's intro monologues....

Well, it really depend on your tastes and what you are in the mood for. Do you want sci-fi? action? daily live? horror? introspection?

I love "serial experiments lain" and "mushishi" but non of them is an action series so I don't know if recommend them.

Honestly I'll take any genre with a good story, although I feel like daily life anime is out of the question with the tropes I mentioned... I have terrible memory for shows (which I'm grateful for as I get to rewatch stuff all the time wihtout it being stale), but I'm pretty sure I finished evangelion for example... I'm sure it had some moments, but they were... digestible... attack on titan as well kept it on the low with that kinda stuff

One vertical line of dead/hot pixels indicates a hardware issue, unless you are really into hardware or have done such a fix before, it likely won't be an easy fix for the average joe

Well then, If you got the skillset for it and have done small soldering and other repairs like that, I see no point in not giving it a try... honsetly, the amount of value you can get from discarded items with a bit of know-how and some "elbow grease" is insane

I'm not at all saying that all beta testers are into feet, just seems like an overall higher proportion. Maybe it's just my bias idk... as for the tight clothes, I was always way more into very "free" type clothes. The ultimate turn on for me is a summer dress with nothing underneath.

I once asked a dev that was really heavy handed with feet, why why why? -- his response to me was that feet were easier for him to draw and animate. Personalty I think feet can take a hike -- my fetish is never celebrated (puffies) but I would rather hope for an unrealized nirvana than a case of athletes cock

I haven't watched it in a while, but I feel like Baccano is pretty interesting and doesn't lean too much on the tropes you dont seem to like. Honestly there's a lot since anime also has a variety of different writers and whatnot. Try to find stuff more plot focused I guess. Death Note is also one that is popular among those who prefer things to be more grounded.

Honestly there's a lot since anime also has a variety of different writers and whatnot. Try to find stuff more plot focused I guess. Death Note is also one that is popular among those who prefer things to be more grounded.

I did wanna give death note a watch simply because of its populaity... there is a bunch of stuff I would never watch but eventually pushed myself into it to get all the references, and I'm glad I did... my extensive knowledge of JoJo's Bizzare Adventures did get me some extra affection points with my girlfriend when I met her
