So, I finally got enough coins for P1. But how do I actually buy it? When I click it in the shop, I just get to a site detailing what it is, but there is no button to buy it!

Basically this, it's an ooooold guide, but should still hold up.

Nevermind. I figured it out. You have to click on the price, not the title of the rank you want.

Great. Now I've got that song stuck in my head again. Thanks.

The trick is to loop only a fraction of the song in your mind

If you are lucky you'll be able to get rid of it after a couple of loops.
If not ... well, get used to your new mantra, at least it fits.

Sup lurkers, what's in store for the fools today? I guess, I will find out through backread in the evening. Don't have much time today to stick around full time but will try to show up once every few hours.

---

I got my Cannes Invitation finally, and need to brush up on my French. I have to take a bunch of pictures, and delegate some of my responsibilities for Mid-May, so I had to fly to LA, and get a bunch of shit done.

Congratulations! Are you going through Film Professionals accreditation? Missed my chance for 3 days in Cannes back in the day, now too old. Only General Marche du film left for me and I... don't really want to spend over 600eur on an admission alone.

Damn... Now we need a new door here...
Ehh, not much, just gonna be a normal day for me, with the occasional, hmmm that can't be true.
See you later then!

[Poldek]

Good morning, perverts, deviants, and other degenerates.

[DubbleU]

I mean, you did make it kinda sound like that.
But happy that you aren't leaving us completely Dubble!

Yeah, it seemed that way, but I'm trying to find time during the morning and night. I'll be able to jump on my phone and browse, but interactions will be tough. Plus, internet is also spotty, and I'll need to use Mobile Data, rather than wifi, so my connection will suck. I popped on late, and everyone was like it's April Fool's, and the time zone change is already fucking with me. I set my alarm to 5am, and woke up an hour ago without it. Pretty much like I do at home, but it's after 3:30am here. Now I'm up, and going back to sleep has always been difficult for me.

Spoiler: stuff

Yeah, we turned in that stuff a while ago. I was starting to freak out when people said they had already got their invitations, and it usually only takes a couple weeks. I guess they rolled out a few in waves? I was expecting mid-April or nothing. I had to take a last minute flight yesterday, to prepare for next month. I'm only out of pocket for my stay, we applied early, so I think there was a discount, but I did have an additional 90-100 dollar fee for extra access to something.

My reply was way longer, but I basically removed a lot of personal information. Were you in Film Production or Press?

[Poldek]

It was amazing how much of his over the top "Aussie" accent he lost when the cameras were not around. Nobody had "stung by a stingray" on their "how is Steve gonna die?" bingo card -- we all assumed snake bite or eaten by a salty .

I'm sure he was a completely different person behind the cameras. Of course I would have liked to meet him.
I'm curious, did you met ever someone like Margulis, J. Gould or Lovelock?

Why do you insist on making me horny? Give me at least five minutes to drink coffee, you demon!!

[Castell]

Hey there, how's your day aberrations of nature? Just another boring day of work for me for now.

[DubbleU]

I'm not prepared for today. My Coffee is missing, so I had to go get some cheap vending machine coffee. Didn't expect to see like 10 people doing the same 4am coffee excursion. Turns out they were all basically out of town, and were like me and didn't have any in stock. Apparently they all wanted black, so I'm here drinking this overly sweet caramel flavored madness with a weird aftertaste. It's not bad, I just didn't want something this sweet, this early.

So... I'm lying down in the beach, naked under the spring sun, watching the waves with my dog, and reading a book, and talking to you all.

Oh yeah, it’s April Fools day. I’m not able to think of anything, so I’m just gonna wing it today and hope I’m not the victim of these pranks.

[User_151521]

Good morning everyone!

[MattShizzle]

Finally March of over and it starts getting warmer for real (though it was warm yesterday and Saturday - cold today and tomorrow.)

[LizBell]

Morning everyone! Hope you are having a nice Tuesday

And if you haven't tried their other (also free) game Awaria, give that one a go.

Yeah, Awaria is also a pretty good one

Oh, that's a sweet deal then, happy for you! I was press... related? I did a lot of heavy lifting in organizing niche film festivals on the northern and eastern side of Europe, which gave me a lot of access to the more mainstream outlets like Berlinale and... to an extent Cannes. Thought, nothing that would warrant them to invite me personally of course. Just that if I ever to attend during that time, I would have more open doors than a general public.

Oh yeah, it’s April Fools day. I’m not able to think of anything, so I’m just gonna wing it today and hope I’m not the victim of these pranks.

I was half expecting a pig invasion, though with how slow the thread is going. Maybe we are safe??.

Good morning everyone!

Morning Cacao, sleept good?

Morning everyone! Hope you are having a nice Tuesday

I hope so. That pig invasion would be the least of my worries though, we should expect far worse than that.
