I thought both of those were more than fine, and quite fitting.

The dialogue consideration keeping track of characters and choices has been pretty consistent and handled well.
The only real logic error that stood out was Ryona being present for a bathroom scene regardless of prior choices.
You aren't going to get a completely different script for a different levels of depravity. It isn't feasible to make something like that cohesive and consistent. I doubt you'd want extra month(s) of waiting added to releases either.

The only writing and script flaw was the "I have something big to reveal, but I'm not going to tell you" being presented as dialogue between characters. There is a reason it's heavily frowned upon in storytelling. Transition it to an inner monologue or an earlier termination and it's fine, but currently as is it sounds like it was an elementary student's doing.
I have to big disagree; I'm starting to notice several things being different than my choices.
The big one I just hit was having Ryo show up as the maid when I did not pick that for her.
Followed by a choice for Anne to have been "raped everyday" by gwen's ex, when in the earlier bathroom scene she went on about how he had barely touched her.

The most annoying thing about Blackheart games is that the writing is actually great;

Depends what you mean as writing. As I earlier said, the BH characters are usually written very well and the dialogues are also quite good. It is the plot in these games that doesn't have a clear direction and always gets extremely entangled and messy. To the point that it becomes irrelevant. The reasons I believe are these:

1) No clear vision of the story in advance. Writing on the go. Using the ideas as they come into the mind.

2) Weird belief that the more unexpected and sudden plot twists they introduce in the story, the better. Even if those twists are completely unfeasible or break the story.

3) Writing a few stories intermittently, thus forgetting some details from that or this particular story.

4) Trying to combine all those stories in the same "universe" and making all the stories converge, even if they aren't always match well.

Yea, I meant the characters/dialog.
Like, with this game, at the point that Beth bursts into the room when Gwen's family are there was enough.
At that point, there was enough going on and enough characters to keep players busy for a long time.
But then we get attacked and timeskip 6 months and none of the girls are actually controlled.

IDK, like I acknowledge and respect that it's their story and they can do what they want and all of that;
I just always feel like I start these games with the promise of one type of story/gameplay, and then end up not getting it, or steering away from it the further the game goes..

I will say that once everyone is back at the house it didn't derail as much as I feared (Probably because I chose the "no plot" option)
I really thought we were going to have to work a lot harder to get the girls back into things.

Edit: Ok, I finished it.
After using a gallery unlocker, and having a look around; I think part of my problem was the w/t not being as good as it could be.
I didn't tell Rachel that I loved her (Probably because I was farming depravity)
and apparently that locks a lot of the actually having sex with her scenes.
Also should have not drugged her tea at all at the cabin. (that one's on me, I was curious.)

The reveal of what's been going on makes a lot of the annoying things make sense, but they were still kinda annoying.

is it that farfetched to say this is the best blackheart game?

Absolutely, but as the story and the game got longer, the story started to lose its joy. I feel that as the number of girls increased, the bonds with the girls decreased. It would have been better if there were a certain number of girls and not more. Because while Rachel and Kennedy's corruption stages were very entertaining, I couldn't stand some of the girls. I didn't leave the game halfway through, I finished the game, but I enjoyed it more when I first played it and when we first brought the girls home.

Yea, i like it more than the other games. Their other titles tend to be over the top and overambitious, pretty convoluted trying to tie in all the other games in the blackheart verse.
This one is pretty detached from the blackheart verse and doing it's own thing, like a standalone DLC and the narrative it focused on it's own story.

Have you played the latest update of this game? Plenty of overcrossing to other games and much more messy than it was before.

Yeah I forgot who Kat's dad, that cop, was even from. He's familiar but been so long and he has so many AVNs going at once I forgot. Sometimes a universe is too big.

I think he is from Foreseeable Family, but I may be wrong. Anyway, there are way too many plot twists and overcrossings with other games by now. I've lost the direction of this plot and I don't much care about it.
The only game I like in terms of the story is aforementioned Foreseeable Family but unfortunately it looks abandoned now after the untimely departure of its main Dev :(

Yeah with FF it was a bunch of devs' side project, so didn't see that going far with no one giving it priority, sadly. As usual MC didn't even get to put babies in his daughters before going awol.

Well, this game is my fetish, but even at the risk of the Inquisition calling me a heretic and condemning me to death at the stake, I miss the amount of sex in a game called ".......Elissa." I wish the two protagonists in this game had had such an excess.
That's all: they'll always be on my porn game altar.

This 1000%. I played this game for THIS GAME, not the five others he wants to crossover. I find that whole overarching plot way too convoluted and uninteresting, and it isn't helped by the fact that every time the MC or one of the girls is about to reveal something to finally resolve some of the mystery...they just don't. Sometimes because of way too convenient interruptions, and other times they literally just stop.

No more new girls. No more crossover plot. Just work with the story in this game.

Exactly the same can be said about any of the BH games. A lot of mystery, gaslighting and unessential 180 degree plot twists to get just an amorphous blop at the end. I mean, some mystery is good when the Dev know how to resolve it in a clever and exciting way. As a tool, not as the essence of the plot when nothing is behind.

Pity, if the writing would be more coherent and streamline, they could be some of the best games out here.

Hello, I was wondering if there was a program for replays. Thanks.
You unlock scene replays in the game. You can also use an unlocker mod to unlock all gallery replays, if that's what you're asking?

That's why this plotline had been greatly depreciated in all the games outside of Whispering Pines. and even that it'll be depreciated in Revelations of Whispering Pines. The Father story is pretty much ended, and you will see why and how in Releations.
Do you know who the father is, since I'm curious who he is?
