I hate millionaires, for example, Jeff Bezos, or whatever his name was, I think he owned Amazon. He's no good to me. I don't like millionaires who don't benefit me. The important thing is that they benefit me. Otherwise they're useless.

Bezos wasn't too bad until he stepped down, he was mostly out of the public eye, and kept mostly to himself. He had better employee incentives, and was more lenient, everything worked more smoothly, from customer service to shipping. He was constantly targeted by a Wannabe Dictator, and the Company was forced to employ Taxes in States without any company presence. He was also able to get tax breaks, due to the Charities his Company supported, where a portion of purchases went into whichever one you selected. Not glazing him, he just wasn't a piece of shit until about 8 or so years ago, mostly forced, and he only became a complete piece of shit after 2020.

Granted, most Billionaires are garbage, even Warren Buffet isn't squeaky clean, but at least him and the Gates Foundation give back. I don't think we need any Billionaires, and trickle down economic relies solely on the rich being apathetic, which they are sadly not. They constantly do unethical shit to enrich themselves, and never get held accountable for anything. My buddy spent 4 years in Prison for Fraud of only $8k, yet rich fucks get away mostly scot free, or spend some bullshit amount of time like 6 months. Fuck Billionaires, though.

I hate that argument. Yes, if a lot of people lose their jobs and livelihood all of a sudden - it would be a catastrophe. But "This will destroy jobs" tends to be used to protect a waste of people lives and resources. Job preservation should never be a reason to keep doing something the way it is done.

Oh, I'm largely in agreement on that. I do think it is generally worth considering the cost/benefit of the argument though. Generally, "it will destroy jobs" isn't a good argument to not do something that has a net positive. Ending slavery, for example, cost the jobs of people who transported and trained slaves. Their jobs were not worth keeping slavery around though.

It's actually interesting to think of how society would change in drastic ways if we didn't need food or drink anymore. All those fast food places would probably vanish. Most farms would disappear. Cooking shows would be interesting, because without the need to eat, would they exist anymore, or would they start doing crazy shit, making inedible creations just because?

There are no people around me who go through such detailed things. No one is imprisoned in my country because of money. Unless there is a huge fraud or money laundering, if someone owes money to someone through a promissory note or a bank transaction and cannot be paid on time, there is no jail time. They cannot seize anything in your house. Only when the amount of money reaches the size of a house or a car (as the money is not paid, the amount of debt increases with interest. After this amount of money increases, your house or car can be seized. This means that if the house is worth 5 million but you owe 1 million, the house is sold and the debt of 1 million is settled and the remaining 4 million is transferred to the owner. The law is great in my country in terms of money but in terms of politics it is incredibly corrupt. Anyway, the rich are exempted from many crimes in most countries because they create jobs and make a big contribution to the state.

I don't use an English keyboard, but I think I have a keyboard with all the letters I need. That's enough for me.

I know, they also don't have Umlauts like ÄÜÖ äüö and the german keybord has the Y and Z switched, because the Z is way more common then the Y.

Also the ß is not a B, but a sz or double-s. Its a sharp-s like in "hiss" . But nobody will be actually annoyed if somone doesn't use it and turns it into a ss.
