Sue me, I never watched it and then tried to get into it and the only ones I found remotely good/interesting are David Tennant to Peter Capaldi, the stuff I have seen before was pretty horrible and the stuff after seemed kinda boring...

I watched through the first season of the female doctor. Can't recall her name. I swear the companions had more time on screen than she did. As far as I'm concerned, when Matt Smith died fighting all the enemies and had no more regenerations left, that's when the Doctor Who died. Everything after is his oxygen starved brain making stuff up in his last minutes.

"Anti-social" sounds like something negative. I find it blissful to stay the fuck away from people.

yeah I noticed you liked one of my posts from a couple months back lol

I watched through the first season of the female doctor. Can't recall her name. I swear the companions had more time on screen than she did. honestly I really like peter capaldi's doctor, I think he was a fantastic doctor
but I do think that many of his episodes were rather underwhelming, just wasn't given the best material to work with
but when he had good material I think he knocked it out of the park
some of my absolute favorite doctor who episodes are capaldi ones
my favorite doctor is still the tenth doctor though

She seems like an absolute thundercunt. My wife actually had a similar reaction to Tanja (the bully) from My New Family when we played that together. Hence we went the domination route but it sounds like that may have locked us out of a "true" ending?

People/characters like this are a sore spot for us both (and that's putting it mildly). That's one of the things, though, that we both agree is kind of alluring about AVN's. A lot of really good ones touch on subjects that regular media - even books - just.. never do. Or, when they do, it's so cliche and detached that anyone that's experienced anything that truly emotionally resonates with the issue see right through it.

Utterly and absolutely a lie/misconception that has nothing to do with species and everything to do with starvation. Misattributed to cats' perceived apathy to their owners/companions (which is more often an issue with their owners/companions than anything else).

Speaking as someone that worked for an animal shelter for years when I was younger, just to beat back this notion that cats 'don't care what they need to do to survive' (which is hardly something to fault them for even if true, but whatever)..

I've experienced multiple cases, even hoarding cases (multiple cats, usually 5+ to be considered hoarding) where the owner had died and the pets hadn't resorted to consuming the corpse.

To the point that one case saw several cats and one dog die from lack of feeding, but one of the cats was pregnant and gave birth a few days before the shelter I worked for was notified of the situation.

You know nothing about nothing and just spout what you hear.

Stop that.

Oh how I envy you who has not played a lot of games...AVN games...
I played most Renpy, and some Unity AVN games.
Rarely can I find games to binge anymore unless I have placed them on the onhold until they get updates.
I recently even started playing those on my list....Now I am about to play Harem Hotel but to lazy to actually extract the zip haha.

Evening, all of you beautiful degenerates. How was everyone's day?

With work out of the way, mine is shaping to be rather quiet. The girls are visiting a friend's house and my son wanted to play Monster Hunter Wilds.

Wife and I thought about watching more Firefly and just re-watching later but decided against it so for now she's reading a book while I type and enjoy a nice glass of whiskey.

Currently downloading Cozy Cafe and Harem Hotel and was curious what everyone's opinions were on which I should try first? Will probably play them with the wife. She thought Cozy Cafe sounded cute.

It's a hard pick, one is more linear and you just read along, the other is a sandbox.
But I saw you started with Cozy Cafe, which is probably the one, I would have told you to start with, since Harem Hotel, has a bunch more content because of the whole sandbox element.

..seriously though, I'll be shocked if you don't enjoy it.

Probably will, I'll just have to get around to it, already have it downloaded, so it's just a matter of starting it up.

Unfortunately I've gotten to the point where I've binged to where I can see that wall of no return.

It's funny. The very first game of the type I played was Lost Life and it's the game I opened up to my wife (then fiance) about.

Since then, I've been diving back into this world and we've shared a lot of great stories. (Blackheart's The Lost Guardian will apparently have a new update soon).

Since coming back, a lot of the games that have shown real promise have been abandoned, even within the last few days. (Money or Morals being a great example). Ronovan has some fucking AMAZING talent and yet.. he seems to struggle with commitment and/or passion which is a real shame.

I write in my spare time. Was what I was doing prior to downloading and starting up Cozy Cafe. I understand not feeling good enough, I understand burning out of what you're making.. but what I struggle to understand (to a degree) is burning out when you have a ton of people throwing money at you and constantly validating what you create.

I wish I had that.

I can still understand getting burnt out, don't get me wrong.. but there is a part of me that still thinks "Brother, can you not SEE the adoring masses?!" and wish I could say or do anything to show Ronovan (among others) what he needed to see to maintain his/their passion for their work.
