Nah, not Italian nor do I speak it. Just having fun with google translate with the last few of Kaity's questions.

I'm only a partial speaker. My great-grandfather mostly stopped speaking it once they came overseas and my grandfather was fluent but also barely spoke it or ever bothered teaching my Dad. For a lot of things I have to fill in the gaps or check my grammar with a translator too.

First time trying it and I really enjoy it.

Usually I'm more of a bourbon fan and my go-to is Makers Mark. My local liquor shop does a yearly special keg with the company and I enjoy seeing what they've picked for the year.

IDK probably I think I have eaten a bread looking like that and dipped it in chocolate. Seems like some fancy stuff I do not go look for.

Also name of the bread sounds familiar but I do not really think it is that common atleast here in the Capital.
Something bread like snack that is common is Turon and Banana cue which you would probably like since you like banana.
