Almost certainly an Incest game.

All I remember is the game starting off with the MC meeting his mother at her work, getting a job offer from her boss (for whatever reason something about the offer or the way her boss speaks with the MC upsets her). Don't recall if you can reject the offer and play it a different route as the job seemed central but it may be a bigger choice part of the game as to which job you will choose as to how it determines the outcome out the story.
She seems to be a LI or at least fuckable at some point in the story. She is very secretive about the aspects of the job but forces MC to be trained in various way like the gym with another hot gym MILF who will eventually train you. She shows MC around the corporation's gym, super quickly introduces you to a jacked male employee (bald?) has you do chin-ups, possibly run on a treadmill or something as well. Younger MILF may have wanted to fool around but it didn't happen, possibly because the gym MILF wouldn't let it happen (nor would she let MC mess around with her).
There was a sauna/steam room scene with gym MILF and eventually the boss who you can choose to hit on and she will say something about being lucky she's in a good mood Idk. Boss leaves I think gym MILF removes her towel and MC sees her tattoo (almost certain it is black ink and on the back of her neck. Unsure about its location on others.) which she warns him that herself as well as others trained like her (some sort of highly trained hit squad?) have the same tattoo and are not to be taken lightly possibly something to the effect of not attempting to take them out. The game may have run out of content for the latest update shortly after the shower scene or I may have closed the game and forgot about it till now.

Graphics: Good to Great. Similar style to games like Midnight Paradise, Between Duty and Love. Possibly uses their Engines or a similar one?

Story: Potential, action and likely murders eventually, somewhat intense but seemed believable enough.
MC is invited to join a lucrative but very sketchy business (possibly as some sort of protection detail for the boss specifically). Not sure from there.

Characters: Well designed, hot. I think all the MILF had fair to large size breasts.
I don't recall MC having a sister nor their father present.
MC mother and gym MILF may all be brunette?
MC's/MC's mom's boss might have shoulder length or longer blonde hair?

LC Release/last Update: Possibly up to a month or two ago but hard to say for certain.

Can't recall if this if the game that uses the Midnight Paradise MC character design or if that was another. Gets hard to keep them all straight.

I will almost certainly still have the game installed and will remember faces and possibly other description details so I will know if/when someone suggests the correct game.

I have no idea, but you can check your %appdata folder for windows to kick start your brain. I have had to do this once or twice to narrow the scope. Example pathing to put into explorer; something like this C:\Users\" Your User here" \AppData\Roaming\RenPy if its a renpy game and you saved you are likely to have a bread crumb trail.

MC had superhuman abilities because of a drug and training he'd received, so he tends to be pretty arrogant, but could tell that gym MILF was an actual threat.

I think the game might be Lycoris Radiata. Although it's been so long that I no longer have it on my computer, so I'm not entirely sure why my gut is pointing me to that game.

More or less yes. Definetly seemed like there would be Les content there eventually if not already in the sauna scene as I can't recall.

IIRC he was a new hire being tested but no recollection of super abilities just forced to take gym training to get in the shape required of the strange company that seemed as shady as the women were hot. MC certainly could tell she was no joke.
