I just read a bit of that article and I think I might, too. When picturing things in their head is it an actual visual? Like close your eyes and see a red car? 'Cause I get nothing.

Yeah, most people see an image in their head of that red car. Can even make movies like seeing a red apple be sliced in half. Even more fun when you learn that reading actually IS like a movie in their heads, and if you play TTRPGs, the descriptions cause scenes in their heads. They actually see in their mind what your DM is describing, while we're just sitting there knowing, but not seeing. It's crazy.

Never got lucid dream thing but I always like sleeping and awaking up naturally without alarms unless I really need to be somewhere and I slept late.
Most of the time I realize I am in a dream I am always do stuff but I just awaken and just imagining stuff while awake haha.

Wow, that's fascinating! I can't imagine myself not being able to call out any image out of the back of my mind, there is so much nostalgia in my head, it would feel like I lost 80% of what makes me myself!

Well, lucid dreaming is only partly about remembering the dream but mostly about having actual control in it. You became aware that you are dreaming and able to structure it as you see fit. Can be used for fun but can also be productive. I tried to had as much fun as I could but ultimately the uni had to take priority, so it was like 3 nights of fun, 4 nights of studying in my dream...

And lol, no I am not a dev ahaha. Although I found this website through Blackheart discord while in the hopes to find similar games. Went through the games+ section and realized that Set is jut the best, hence the signature. So it would seem for now, I am the biggest fan.

Yeah, it does cause issues with memories and other things. On the bright side though, trauma doesn't affect me the same way as others. I've definitely been through the ringer with trauma, but I never have to worry much about reliving it. That said though, the negatives outweigh the positive. It works in reverse too, I can never relive good memories either.
