Kinda envious you can still remember anything. I practiced lucid dreaming 20 years ago - was immensely helpful in uni back then. Skim the texts before going to bed and study in your sleep but after half a year I noticed that I stopped getting rested after night. Had to drop the habit and since then not a single dream I can remember

Edit: Well, correction. I can remember some dreams (that I don't have any control of anymore) if I have a fever. So I consider it a pro when I have a flue

and can't see mental images in my head at all. I can dream, but to willingly call up images in my head? Nah, just see black. It annoying, and kinda feels like I lack a super power others have. Lol

I think I prefer feeling well rested over remembering dreams. I do a little of both though.

It, it was quite the mind fuck when I found out other people *could* see things in their head. Was like, wait... WHAT!? I can recall sounds I've heard in my head, but I can't see things in my head, or remember what something smelled like. It's wild. also, I 100% didn't link to an article, that was kinda odd.

I'm the same. About 4-5 hours per night and I'm usually pretty well rested.
