I'm doing well, work and stuff, waiting for this weekend as I requested to be free next monday.



To be fair, this was already a issue even before the AI boom.

True. But now it can be like one million times worse. Just the lots and lots of money producers are going to save by using AI is reason enough to ignore the lack of quality.

Nah, you will see no "extremely good" playing from me. I actually waste quite a bit of time on exploring, if anything. The only thing I try to do fast is fights, since they are obstacles in my exploring. And hey, 70 hours in a game is rookie numbers in my book.

Oh, I enjoy exploring and fights. Sometimes I do quick fights, sometimes I like to go slowly and try to kill everyone the stealthy way.

Good Wednesday morning (or whatever time it is for you) to everyone on LC. Today, March 12 the cat I had as a kid/teen was born 43 years ago today.

I've never tried any of those, closest I've played was AC Odyssey and Valhalla. Would you recommend any of those games or are they more niche (not including origins, I know that one lol)

Rune factory is stardew valley + RPG, with more focus on fighting monsters and clearing dungeons (and capturing monsters to work on your farm). Faster than light is a fun roguelight strategy space battling game that i think i put in like 200+ hours (been a bit since i played but i think each run is about 1-1.5 hours long if you get to the final boss and pause a lot like i do)

Faster than Light is good if you like strategy games (it doesn't take a long time each try at it, and you unlock more spaceships doing some missions), but sometimes the randomness can be a bit hard, like "oh, do you choose to help someone in need of help? Well, either you get nothing, you get a bit of scrap (what the game uses as currency), or someone on your spaceship will be lost forever!"
Atelier Ryza haven't really played that much so I can't say
Rune Factory 4 is a Harvest Moon with fantasy elements, so it depends on if you like both fantasy games + farm games, but I would recommend the third one (Rune Factory 3) if you want to try instead

I agree with liz, FTL is def a type a game you have to enjoy.. also know that the randomness will wreck what might have been an awesome run out of nowhere.
Loved rune factory 1 & 2 then sorta lost myself on them.. just recently picked up Runefactory 5 and i am enjoying it.

Also great game that, for whatever reason, is really underappreciated, I legit binged this game from start to finish!
And it was 90% off on sale a month and a half ago, so, for 5.99$ this game is a steal (or a green store with 100% off if you so incline)

Personally, I found LC through an affiliated website that shall not be named after re-diving into the world of AVN's. So, I got here for the games and I'm staying for the community.
