Good idea, someone must read everything before being able to talk about, so if we don't stop, no one will reach the end (anyway, probably everyone will lose their sanity before reaching the first quarter).

Now a more serious answer, it would depend on the repercussion, if it's only on a site like "discover what everyone does on the private browsing", I think my acquaintances won't go there to see it, but if it was sent to everyone I know or was show on TV, then the good old let's go to another city/country with a new name after making a visit to Galathil, "The Face Sculptor", in Riften.
