Love the game and characters, was at one time thinking of supporting it. Can't understand why the developer seems to have a problem with keeping the story/updates coming. It almost a year since the last update.

I have been rather critical of Radiant because the dev is sitting on mountain of money and all he does is to push out a single 15 minute update every 6 months or more. If his game and livelihood can survive that, then a rewrite will do jack shit

After one year since the last update, it looks like ch 7 is going out to supporters tonight or early tomorrow and later to the rest of the community. This is my favorite game, but the dev has not been able to live up to releasing an update every four months. I’m a gold member and will be sure to let all of you know if it really releases in the next day or so.

He said wednesday night or thursday morning. It really depends on where he lives. For example in the west coast of the U.S it's only 9:50 now. But it wouldn't surprise me if it didn't come out today either. There are 2 things he really needs to start doing. 1 is better communication and 2 is actually meeting his deadlines. Unless he wants to kill his game he can't keep doing this. People will eventually stop supporting him. He is super lucky that people have tolerated this behaviour for 5 years now. But the game is getting old. If he doesn't start releasing stuff more frequently people will just move on and support other games. There are new games coming out almost every day.

I wonder when the developer will run out of imagination in terms of delaying this VN? It's been half a year (even more) since August, when the next update was supposed to appear. All these endless delays are turning into a comedy....

From what I understand he decided to rewrite one big scene at the last minute and now is waiting for alorth to finish the animations for that scene. At this point I really don't know what to believe.

It already is a Comedy and the Game is suffering ( not literally ) because of him. It's an amazing Game but an absolute terrible Dev.

It a sad pattern I've seen in lots of good games, especially when the dev abandons. He envisions 20 chapters for Radiant with three updates per year. I don't see that happening, and it's a shame because that game is in my top 3 easily.
