Unless i got it confused they are changing all the prestige ranks from a permanent buy to a monthly/yearly subcription thing via donation coins. Though they have said if you already have it its going to be grandfathered.. so if you have it already should see a difference on your end. And some of the early prestiges might be still easily purchasable via ame old methods, i admit i was a bit confused on exactly how its handled.

Thanks Slumdum. i do post here and there. Mostly in game threads or the topic thread thats not quite this busy. I tend to feel more impactful and useful in smaller threads i guess answering questions or asking game related questions. A thread like this kinda stresses me out but i'll deal.

Thats actually good news! i guess i got a bit confused on whats going on in the thread.. also it turned into a little rant war back and forth. So if i can still get to P4 via activity coins i am much less concerned. I mean i do donate to the site here and there cause i do want this place to continue but that was a lot of money if wanted to try to get to P4 before changes set in.

looks like you might be right and the confusion was on my part. which is a bit of a relief cause i have been trying to work up the coins for it.

What's something you're proud of that most people wouldn't care about?

These two kinda go together: Used to be a small little arcade in my town that had a Lord of the Rings pinball game. Played the hell out of that and had a top score for a while. The arcade shut down years ago and I've never seen that particular pinball cabinet since.

weather is a trip man. I hope the midwest id fairing alright.

Power kept on getting briefly knocked out over the night, and parts of the nearby highway have been shut down. Other than that, seems fine.

Right y"all, I have to go be an adult and do stupid adult things that are boring and suck.

I'm not surprised really, and unfortunately stuck with it like this for now. Can't really upgrade the CPU because the motherboard I have apparently only supports up to the i5-6500 ones, so I'd have to completely replace the motherboard before any big upgrades can be done. I mean, yeah, I can probably upgrade the GPU just fine, but the CPU definitely will need it at some point.
