I really wanted to see myself reach the 40k by effort to see how long it would take..call it a feeling of self accomplishment and to let others see it is very possible to do this in a short amount of time..only a few weeks after getting P1 and a splurge on P2 and it is done

From I have collected seems there is no losses on the regulars here, only ones I have not seen yet are monokuma, mime and happy... and the goblin (man my memory sucks) but I asume I simply haven't looked on the right place yet.

You're right about it. Sexual characteristics happen because of a complex interaction between genes. Some of those genes involved aren't even on the sexual chromosomes. That's how such cases can happen, even if it's rare. Also, agree on the fact that most people don't get genetic screening (except when there is some problem, like infertility for example), so there may be more people like that than we know.

Usually intersex people are sterile but in some cases one of the sets of organs can have some functionality if i remember correctly (maybe producing sperm but being unable to maintain an erection)
Human genetics can be pretty wonky
