The games are ハニカム (Honey♥Come), which apparently has several characters packs and extensions already, and seems to support exporting and exchanging characters as pictures with metadata like Illusion games did, and サマバケ！ すくらんぶる (Samabake! Sukuramburu), which also has some extension packs.

I am sure it is in the public records of corporations of japan SEC assuming you can read japanese and navigate in their site haha
