What are y’all’s top five porn games of all time?

There are many outstanding games that I can't really rank in relation to each other. Also, it would be a bit unfair to compare games of different categories. Here are some ad hoc categories of games and my winner or tied winners in each:

• Best comedy: Solvalley School, Waifu Academy, Once in a Lifetime
• Best adventure: Eternum, My Bully is my Lover, Waifu Academy, Once in a Lifetime
• Best adult industry story: Pale Carnations, Maids and Maidens, AlwaysFan
• Best sandbox: A House in the Rift, The Headmaster
• Best harem: Cosy Cafe, Harem Hotel
• Best incest: Sisterly Lust
• Most promising early-stage game: Stormside, Wild Cats

The above are from about 500 games (none of them in games+) that I have tried. I am very serious about those listed for the same category being tied. In most categories I could add a few more that are almost as good as those listed, and many more down the scale all the way to trash tier.

Hmm, I never even tried these three. I never heard of "Roguelike Unlimited" and can't find it anywhere. Are you sure that's the correct title? Milfy City looks promising. I will try that, thanks. No idea what F.I.L.F. could stand for. Abbreviations are not helpful for finding new games.

Making such lists is pointless, as everyone's tastes and preferences are different. For example, I ignore games with Japanese graphics (the same goes for HS and HS2). Just for aesthetic reasons.
On the other hand, many very popular projects have been sent to the trash bin by me (for various reasons). Among them are Summertime Saga, Taffy Tales, Reunion, Grandma's House, Love and Sex Second Base and a whole bunch of other projects.
Here's my personal top:
