That means, they can't be anywhere else in the forums.

Aside from that, if one were to have their own profile images and banners, we can make a few exceptions. Including memes. Like how you would sometimes see Profile pictures being inside of GIFs and whatnot. For this one, just make sure there are no Lolis and Shotas.
