no, buying a previous rank doesn't discount future ones, but p1 does remove the delay for reacting and if you buy a later rank, such as p4, you get all the perks of the previous ranks

there is almost no difference between Prestige 1 and 2. You either get P4 or you don't. When you get P4, you have AI visuals. There is nothing so extra. It has a very extreme figure, I think the value of 40.000 LC is too much.

Prestige 1 has value -- it removed the cooldown timer so you can react more - People DO pay attention to who is reacting to them - If you react - your posts , in turn, are more likely to garner reactions which in turn means more LC in your pockets. So it is well worth it to get P1 -- you will achieve LC for P4 much faster if you do. Just Saying -- it is what it is

agree, if the event still happening, they must be got so much money that can cover the expenses.
