Despite eating sweets like a mf'er and not being big on exercise, I manage to keep my sugar levels under control by sheer luck. Which is great. I love sweets. I'd be really depressed if I had to cut them completely.

Speaking of sweets -- bought my first girl scout cookies of the year yesterday - They had a table set up outside the grocery store. I still say they are missing a marketing opportunity by not setting out outside the dispensary

I had a really hard time getting sleep for a while, and it was lie that, I could only get my sleeping time right when I got so exhausted I would just fall dead asleep the whole night. Recently I got a new mattress and my sleep improved, and I had not even noticed the old one was so bad lol

Yeah a new mattress would certainly help too, but it's not only that unfortunately. Overthinking, racing thoughts, if i am not tired enough i'll lie awake for hours.
The worst is: 2-3 hours ago i was so tired i kept nodding off on my desk, having a few micro-naps, and now i am wide awake again, though thankfully still tired. Guess i'll be off soon then, just to make sure.


And having to wait to react is just the worst, i've got dozends of tabs open sometimes bc there are so many posts i want to react to but i want to keep reading/catching up ... i mean, it's a great incentive to get to p1 i guess. Hopefully not that much more than a few weeks for me till then.
