Yes you could say that it has some similarities to twilight imperium, but with about a 2 hour play time, instead of 8-12 hours. Really solid design, just not my cup of tea with being aggressive and no clear goals.

I'd recommend watching YouTube tutorials and following along in real time. You will have to acquire the assets used in the video beforehand.
