I wonder why they even make this barrier to entry. They will make 98% of their profit with their shark coins anyway. But than again it's GTA 6 and most people who plan to actually buy it would pay even more.

Well on the subject of making money on microtransactions EA just went to the digital podium via a share call 74% of there business is from live service games.

They also brag about dragon age vailguard being a critical success but failed because it had no live service elements/microtransactions.

That's why they need to fire people, the graph needs to go up, no matter what. But EA is weird, they had so many successful franchises and screwed them up without any need even tho they're at the same time willing to just pump the same game out year after year without any noticeable change if it makes money. Definitely a fascinating thing to watch.

You see they tossed back out sims 1/2 with mods people made to make them compatible but also still has decade old issues even crashes because the game only will use 512mb of vram. There are a stupid number of post's with people play the "new" version were the game is crashing because it still has no clue what modern gpu's are.

The patch is just for it to run on new windows systems

100$? Isn't that too much to ask for? Hell, it's easier to wait for a normal cracked version and download it from reliable torrent trackers, so that I don't accidentally pick up a miner. Actually, in my entire life I have not bought a single game. And nothing, I didn't run into any viruses, the games worked and work stable.

civilization 7 had a pay $100 play earlier deal nothing new and shocker the game is broken but according to steam 62 thousand people paid $100 instead of waiting till the 11th to pay $70

Oh also yea you read that correctly the game has denuvo drm with the classic 24/7 internet connection and only allows 2 installs before a lockout $100 please.

So gta 5 costing $100 is looking more real

Edit: was using a vpn server out of canada switched over to a usa one so you can see usa prices oh and yeah you also need that 2k account no doubt the launcher also.

If they really want to treat customers as criminals there really is no obligation to not just pirat it.

I own 3rd and IV on PC and guess what, they're also on my pile of shame xD
If I ever played a life of crime simulation sandbox I would prefer Saints Row to GTA because less realism and more humor.

Its also the sad fact 2005/2007 they had coop gameplay on every mission via gamespy servers that was so fun oh and custom character creator/duel guns just more fun but also less content for sure for me its a toss up

Gtaiv in 2008 had a online mode no coop same with 5

Only gta sa had a half ass coop mode.
