Due to the fact that much of the events in the game are RNG based, a full walkthrough mod is almost impossible to create. The attempts I've seen have been pathetic. It is much more efficient to use the guides for each of the girls, at least the order of actions will be clear. Cheat mod does not just exist, it is necessary. In the archive is the one that I personally use many months. It works with any version of the game, downloaded it on one well-known but unnamed site. Those listed here on the OP I didn't tried. Also need an incest patch so the story doesn't resemble the ravings of a madman.
What does the cheat mod do? I copy the text from that unnamed site.
-Infinite Energy
-No Conflict
-Infinite Opinion (All Characters)
-Infinite Money
-Infinite items (affects moms package which doesn't affect anything so you can ignore it)
-School attendance always 100
-Sleep continues to the set time unless interrupted
-Enables Console (Press "L" lowercase)
-Press the "K" (lowercase) key to bring up a menu with options for the motel, WTF Mode, and modeling (You need to have the Alt room/Modeling job unlocked or these options do nothing)
-The modeling cheat also resets the week long cooldown for x-shop photoshoots

Because of this damn RNG. But guides for each of the girls makes sense. The order of actions is laid out, it is only necessary, after several attempts, to wait for the event to occur. And slowly, without console, increase the level of sexual tension with girls. If some action stops increasing tension, stop it and move on. I have such a guide, but alas, in Russian (up to v.0 54). It is not difficult to translate it into English (there is DeepL), but even after machine translation it will need proofreading and corrections. It will take about 4 hours (the game is huge), and I don't have such free time. The easiest lines are the mother, the sisters, Mia, the owner of the sex shop (forgot her name) and all the members of the second family. More complicated (and significantly) - in Aunt Kate, her father's lawyer and her mother (family).
I would advise moving from the simpler plot threads to the more complex ones. Up to a certain point (group sex), you can work with each girl separately, forgetting about the others for a while (it won't break the game, just make the gameplay easier). Some of the lines are quite complicated though - the line of the lawyer (Victoria) is closely linked to that of the policewoman (Violet), the judge (Barbara) and the secretary (Ren). Plus you have the task of using sex to reduce their professionalism so that the father goes to jail seriously and for a long time. So is the line of the mother (Lisa) and Aunt Kate. But there are some very simple lines.

yeah, this game is my favorito, the grindy has a solution. Just download the cheat mod, that's it, it became almost a visual novel, cause' you must complete some objectives but with the cheat mod is way easier.
