Harem Hotel would also be on the list if it wasn't a sandbox. That New Teacher and Wild Cats would be on the list if they weren't relatively new and short.
PS: Love by the Water just got a new release. Maybe it's now long enough, and still good enough, to make the list. I will have to replay it to find out.

Eternum has a pretty solid story, it's consistent, has good pacing and it doesn't stretch out the story so they can cram more sex in it (although there is quite a bit of it).
