how old is your pc and it's components? i am asking cause when look at a benchmark for i think it was po2 my gpu wasn't even on it (too old)

Still think defects will happen to the 5000 series so I do not feel like it is worth the upgrade and hassle if it starts melting.

Most new games are not even worth their price. Unless you have a lot of disposable income it will probably not worth the upgrade.

Unlikely if anything the RTX 4080/4090/4070 will hold value pretty well because of how mediocre the 50xx is, if you need a upgrade sweet spot seems to be the
RTX 4070/7800XT/790GRE/4070 SUPER

5070 ti also might be the best outta the lot but will see should equivalent to a RTX 4070 ti super going off how everything else is

5070 should equivalent a RTX 4070 super if you going by the specs and how the 5090/5080 performed, so roughly 20% faster than a RTX 4070...........
