I have a problem with the generalized hatred of NTR -- I think sharing and swinging are just fine but so many people lump them together with being cucked is annoying. Also I see no logic in playing a game where you get to fuck anything that moves but all the women are not allowed the same freedom.

Ah, you know that's a totally fair take. I think really my issue with NTR isn't partners having sex with others, but rather how mean spirited ntr games often are. It makes me sad when people are just nasty to each other, even in a game, and NTR games seem to fetishize being an asshole commonly. But you're totally right just games with swinging and sharing are often called out by people as being ntr, which I wouldn't agree with, but it seems to be a common complaint.

There's a fair few fetish types that seem to be dominated by mean spiritedness and I guess I have the same issue with those as well.

I think a "nice" NTR game would be okay. But probably rare, and probably more likely to be a seducing a couple game. Thinking about it building our Futature had some somewhat nice ntr paths in it, although the endings all felt a bit mean which was a let down.

If I think back on it, there's actually very few truly NTR games I remember playing. I think true NTR as a whole, is a very small subset of lewd games in comparison to other, more known tags.

I have no problem with sharing, swinging, even some type of cuckold. Only with the "real ntr" (as in the original japanese archetype): the game make you emotionally involved with a character, then show you when they are fucked by everyone else. That's just mean, i don't understand how people can like to be blue balled like that.
