What is it with developers switching genres mid development and ruining said game.

What happened? I have to replay season 2. I want to ask questions but in order to get on the discord I have to support the game through Patreon. (Not doing that since the game has one chapter left.) I also want to know how he will finish the story in 10 chapters especially since they're kind of short.

Really a paywall for a walkthrough? If anyone has it, please post it or something. This feels like EA would do. I got a paywall too, to get a five-star review the first is free, the rest are hmm 9.99 each. I feel like I'm being too nice here.

Yep, after a long delay the dev releases S2 and you have to pick the exact choices the dev wants you to all the way thru or it sends you back to try again or you can pay the dev and they will tell you what to pick.... in other words you have to pay to read their KN or get lucky with your choices. It's not interesting enough to to go thru all that. Sounds more like dev is desperate for funding and this is how they hope to earn it. I'm not against paying for a good VN that is immersive with choices that make me feel involved but not when it's nothing more than a KN.

Yeah, I'm starting to realize that. I saw that the first season was updated, and I guess the Dev really wants whatever the pregnant women name was to be a part of the MCs life or something. So, he what patched it so you can't ignore her and her current BF? Then when the landlady kicked the MC out of the house, she said something about her son's shoes... I didn't even do that I went after the redhead girl. Also, idk how true it is, but this game only has 10 chapters or something? Idk how he'll wrap up the story with one more chapter to go. I guess I'll stick to my paywall too, upping the price to hmm 12.99 per star. So, if he wants a five-star review, he can pay for it too.

After that your supposed to be angry and start thinking of hurting and using them.

You can of course pick tamer options but that's not how the developer envisions the game.

This game has had writing, coding, and logical consistency issues since literally day one.

Blatant coding errors I reported to the dev after the FIRST release remain present in the game to this day.

Do not expect improvement.

I think I remember playing this game a year or so ago and couldn't really get into it.

I'll give it another shot but, based on what others have mentioned previously, it doesn't seem like this game will stick with me in the long run.

I really hope nothing like that happens with Synne, she's one of my favorites. If the MC wants a legit relationship she seems like the best option.

A month ago the developer reported on his own page subscribestar.adult:

"The Builder is moving and expanding."

That's all that's known so far. At least, to me personally.

This March 27 update includes​

• New lewd scene - If you like the Carla character, this update is for you.
• More agency - You can now drive the interaction with Carla in Episode 1 much more.
• Reworked graphics - All images with Carla in Episode 1 has been adjusted and re-rendered.

The update included

• More agency- This release focused on
  • Episode 3, where your choice not to take Tom to the campfire will change the experience of the episode and add another scene.
  • Episode 4, where the MC can decline to go test driving with Synne. This opens a new scene with some nice content - if you can play Milena the right way. New location built from scratch.
  • Episode 5, where a bit of the same dynamic is at play with Swathi if you choose to go get the car you left the night before.
• Reworked graphics - the scene with the felled three in Episode 3 has been totally reworked with a location built from scratch - a place you will later have the option to return to with Swathi.

March 11 2025​

This update included:

• More agency - gradually the game's different branches will be implemented. This release focuses on Episode 1, where the MC can decline the sample with the nurse. From there, the episode has a slightly different trajectory and events unfold in another manner, giving a different experience of the episode.
• Reworked graphics - the usage of photo bubbles has been reduced for pure 3D imagery in the transport scenes in Episode 2. In addition, there has been an upgrade to several scenes in Episode 1.
