Also have to clarify that this isn't gore

There are few I’ve come across (pun intended) that give you the option to toggle blood on/off. Can’t remember which ones, unhelpful I know.

I think you are going to be interested in A Day at the Spa. The girls look a bit strange, but on the plus side, it's an entire school class. (LC currently has version 0.85, but elsewhere 0.90 is already available.)

Kuroinu scrathes this particular itch. If you don't want to deal with the game, as it's from Japan and mostly made up of static images that are not all that great, I strongly recommend the hentai anime of Kuroinu. To date, it's my favorite.

can't help you much but I'm sure there's a virgin tag you can look games from. And you could also look in other sites that have the tag "defloration" though it's not very common

I am playing Now & Then for the first time and was reminded of this thread when there was an absolutely fantastic defloration scene (with condom and blood) between the MC, a widower, and his adopted daughter (18 years old, realistic age), during what is totally not a zombie apocalypse.

Now I tried to play the Now and Then game. It's another post-apocalyptic story, so the dark colors make sense, but it doesn't really appeal to me. Some scenes are good, but overall it's very wordy with a lot of text.

Perhaps my comment will make you smile skeptically. But it just so happens that my spouse is an avid Sims 4 fan. For this game there are animations of loss of virginity, they look more natural than what is presented in the screenshots above. I do not like the Sims, in my opinion, they are very boring, a game of dolls for girls. But if you are interested in this very issue, pay attention to this game. But I can not name neither the authors of mods, nor their names, because, I repeat, this game does not interest me.
